1945 – 2024
Born in El Paso, Texas.
Lived & worked in Los Angeles, CA.
Following decades in the film and television business, Al finally embraced his personal inner artist that sat neglected for so long.
His paintings are organically abstract.
Al's process was to manipulate materials with abandon and let the painting tell him when it was done.

He played music, wrote poetry and taught Tai Chi Chuan.
